02What Good Health is and isn’t

Good Health is a wellness program. It isn’t medical care or a crisis service, and our health coaches aren’t crisis counselors or licensed clinicians. Your answers and messages aren’t watched around the clock, so please don’t use them to ask for urgent help: use the services above.

03If you tell us something worrying

If something you share with us or your coach suggests you may be at risk, we’ll encourage you to contact the services above, and we may check in with you.

04If you’re worried about someone

988 is for the people around someone in crisis too: call or text to talk through what’s happening and how to help. If they’re in immediate danger, call 911.
